Riley Mortgage Corporation was formed in 1997 to serve mortgage customers purchasing or refinancing real estate located anywhere in the state of Florida.
As a mortgage brokerage business, our customers never make a mortgage payment to us. Our job is to find the best mortgage terms in the marketplace for you, and we have incentive to do so because we want the business.

We attend our closings to see the transaction through to the very end. Unlike most mortgage companies that estimate closing costs, we GUARANTEE the closing costs up front and in writing on our letterhead, despite the fact that on a typical transaction NONE of that money goes to us! If the actual costs at closing exceed those on our up-front estimate, we pay the difference for you at the closing table.
Our goal is a happy customer, because our experience has been that good news travels fast. We want to spend our time working on files and not searching for new customers, and a happy customer base is the best way to make that happen.

As a general rule, we quote rates with NO FEES whatsoever to us. This is because the lender pays us a commission for bringing them the business (after all, you will be making mortgage payments to them, much of which is interest, for the next year, or 2, or 3, or 30, so they pay us a one-time commission at closing for bringing them that business).
Of course, you can voluntarily “buy down” your interest rate by increasing the closing costs, but this may not make sense for everyone. Our experience has been, without exception, that we can get you a better deal through the wholesale department at our lenders than you can get even if you go straight to that lender yourself.
For this reason, we tell you before closing which lender we are doing business with, as we have nothing to hide. We want you to get the best deal, and in the rare cases when that is not with us, we will tell you (see our testimonial page).
